The Emergency Center told Radio and Television of Montenegro (RTCG) that a man was admitted with serious head and chest injuries.

Three patients had to be operated urgently, because their injuries were quite serious.

Ivan Ivanović, the director of the Cetinje hospital, told RTCG that two people who were hospitalized in that institution are out of danger, and that one patient was released for home treatment after treatment.

The part of the city where the shooting happened was blocked off, and a large number of citizens gathered.

He added that the Government of Montenegro will declare three days of mourning for the tragedy.
