Mitratel Shifts Managed Service Business to Persada Sokka Tama

One of the breakthroughs made was by transferring Mitratel’s Managed Service business to PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST).

On February 3, 2021, Mitratel just completed the acquisition of PST by signing a deed of sale and purchase of the remaining 5% shares of the previous owner, so that currently Mitratel owns 100% of the shares in PST.

“The transfer of the managed service business portfolio to PST can improve service to customers and also affect company performance, especially to focus on increasing competence and market development,” said President Director of Mitratel Theodorus Ardi Hartoko in his statement, Friday (12/2/2021).

This was conveyed by him during the Kick Off of Operational Escort Managed Service from Mitratel to PST at the Kayuringin Jaya PST Office, Bekasi.

Managed Service is a one stop solution service related to telecommunication towers which includes Fiber Optic Solution, Service Solution, Mobile Solution, and Mechanical Electrical Solution.
