MG Model Line in Indonesia Now Equipped with APAR Equipment

DAPURPACU – Meeting the latest regulations from the government, MG Motor Indonesia is now equipping every unit of its vehicle with a light fire extinguisher (APAR) starting this year.

The availability of driving safety devices is MG’s latest effort in realizing a safe and comfortable driving experience. This is in line with the regulations issued by the Directorate General of Land Transportation Number: KP.972 / AJ.502 / DRJD / 2020 concerning Motor Vehicle Emergency Response Facilities.

This device is available as of January 2021 for every purchase of MG model lines marketed in Indonesia, namely the MG HS and MG ZS, which were launched in December 2020.

Arief Syarifudin, Marketing & PR Director of MG Motor Indonesia said that this direction from the government is in line with MG’s commitment to creating a safe driving experience.

“Because for MG, besides the design and features, the satisfaction of the driving experience must also be fulfilled in terms of safety and security,” said Arief.

Feeling safe while driving, MG Indonesia is perfecting it with the availability of MG Care after-sales service. This service provides convenience for maintenance, repairs, and assistance if customers are faced with an emergency.

This service will automatically be obtained by consumers when purchasing one of the MG models, which are equipped with a 5-year warranty with no kilometer restrictions.

There are also additional facilities for free maintenance, including spare parts and services for up to 50,000 km or 4 years, depending on which one is reached first.

Currently, MG official outlets have spread across 14 points in the areas of Medan, Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Malang, Makassar, to Manado. [dp/MTH]
