McLaren Artura deliveries are delayed

The aluminum dry crankcase gasoline engine has an angle of 120 degrees, weighs 160 kg -50 less than the 4.0-liter V8-, with the turbos inside the V. It has a limit of 8,500 rpm, with a total performance combined 680 horsepower with 720 Nm of torque.

The engine works with a new 8-speed automatic transmission, which makes changes in about 200 milliseconds and has 4 operating modes (Electric, Comfort, Sport and Track). The 8-speed gearbox has no reverse, since this role is taken over by the electric motor.

It does the 0-100 km / h in 3 seconds, the 0-200 km / h in 8.3 seconds, the 0-300 km / h in 21.5 seconds, the 400hp in 10.7 seconds, having a top speed 330 km / h (electronically limited).

The electric motor draws energy from a 7.4 kWh battery, which charges with a simple household socket at 80% in 2.5 hours, offering an electric range of 30 km, with a final speed of 130 km / h.
