The Marketing Network and Xiaomi conducted a series of interviews with representatives of companies and agencies in Serbia on numerous professional topics. Among other things, we talked with our interlocutors about how masterpieces are created and who creates them, what is needed for more than a masterpiece, but we also talked about successes and trends in the market. What, in your opinion, is needed for more than a masterpiece?

A masterpiece is genius, and genius is actually hitting the core of the essence of a certain thing with a limited or simple resource. And that’s actually what we call a masterpiece. More than a masterpiece requires more than genius and, also, ingenious use of a certain resource, which can be simple.

How are masterpieces created and who creates them?

Masterpieces are created by geniuses, but they are not aware of their genius until they actually create a masterpiece.

In the industry in which your company operates – who buys and who inspires the purchase?

In my industry, as in most industries, people buy who want to actually solve some of their needs or maybe some of their frustrations. But actually, who inspires the purchase, it is inspired by some satisfied user. These are the people who discovered these things before everyone else and want to expand that product genius. You’ve heard of Xiaomi fans. Well, that’s what the story is about. They are the ones who can inspire shopping in their environment. Surely each of us has at least one Xiaomi fan in our environment and it is easily recognizable.

When does a consumer become a brand ambassador?

It is necessary to identify with the soul of the brand, with its values. It’s actually not his job, it’s the brand’s job. Or what he actually wants to be, and the brand enables him as a tool, as a resource, so that he actually becomes that. And when that match happens, that’s how we actually get brand ambassadors.

What can consumers expect from the new series of phones?

From the Xiaomi 13 series of phones, they can expect a great resource of genius, to create new masterpieces or perhaps something that is more than a masterpiece.
