A bear appeared, on the night of Saturday to Sunday, near a restaurant in Arefu, in the Poenari citadel area, where a wedding was taking place.
Several guests saw the animal, which came from the river bank, on the street, among the cars.
In the images published by PiteNews it is seen how a man tried to drive the animal away and threw pieces of wood, but the bear rushed at him, and the man fell, then got up and ran away.
“Go from there. Leave him alone. Let the dog bark,” is the exhortation to the man throwing pieces of wood.
The man’s luck was with the other wedding guests, who started making noise, and with a dog, who was barking. The noise caused the uninvited guest to retreat.
No one was injured in the incident.
