The Casa.it study is based on over 1,000 properties over 1 million euros currently published for sale in Rome on the portal and on user search data throughout 2020, compared with the entire 2019.
A niche sector, that of luxury, which represents an important share in terms of value and exceeds 3 billion euros. The real estate assets for sale on Casa.it, in the Roman luxury segment, are represented for 50% by apartments of great value, by villas for 20%, while the palaces and penthouses cover 7% and 13% respectively .
