Sun all year round, skyscrapers galore, luxury as far as the eye can see… For its new derivative product, Bugatti did not choose Dubai for nothing. The capital of the United Arab Emirates – adored by influencers, less by climate advocates – ticks all the boxes for excessiveness. Latest craze to date: a building allowing the more affluent to drive their car to their penthouse suite.

With the help of the Emirati property developer Binghattithe car brand Bugatti will co-design the world’s first Bugatti Residences, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti. A skyscraper located in the very posh Business Bay of Dubai. The current model of the building is reminiscent of a gigantic sinuous, twisted and flexible bust, with futuristic curves and whose silver structure of the exterior terraces reflects the lights of the city. An architecture reminiscent of the hotel Morpheus of Macao (Chinese Autonomous Region) designed by the Iraqi-British Zaha Hadid.

Two car lifts (deluxe)

The project will include 171 “Riviera Mansions” residences and 11 “Sky Mansion” penthouses, each uniquely appointed, bespoke. A beach mimicking the Côte d’Azur to reference Bugatti’s French roots will provide a swimming alternative to the private pool. Spa with jacuzzi, fitness club and gourmet restaurant will complete the offer of luxury equipment and services.

With Bugatti as a partner in the project, the car obviously has a central place. The skyscraper will be equipped with two car lifts, hoisting vehicles from the garage to their penthouse. And not Twingos, but Bugattis! A project reminiscent of Porsche Design Tower from Miami (Florida), which allows you to park your car in your apartment.
