The pages promoted contests that quickly garnered hundreds of comments, which were in fact part of a scam campaign aimed at stealing personal information.
“Right now various scam pages are circulating on Facebook with Willys as the alleged sender. The posts are alleged competitions where you have to guess different numbers. The participants then receive a message that they have won and that they must click on a link or identify themselves with their bank -ID to get the prize,” Willys wrote about the scam contests on his Facebook page.

Now Lidl is being noticed in social media again, but for completely different reasons. They have posted a picture on their own Facebook where a new, summery campaign is being marketed.
During the week, they have reduced prices on, among other things, grills, cutlery and fans – and to draw attention to the latter, a sexual allusion has been made in the advertising image.
“Only Fans. Swipe to see more hot offers,” Lidl writes on the picture. The post has also been tagged with #onlyfans and #hotdeals.
