How to make

Break the eggs and put them in a bowl. Now blend it with 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of sugar. Place a pan on the stove and add 2 tbsp of ghee. When hot, add cardamom and semolina. Shake the semolina. When the semolina turns brown in color, add 2 cups of liquid milk. When the semolina is light brown in color, pour 2 cups of liquid milk. Keep stirring constantly. When the mixture becomes thick, pour the milk powder, salt and egg mixture little by little and keep stirring. When the halwa comes out of the pan, mix it with 2 more tablespoons of ghee, raisins and almonds. Then pour it in a plate or tray and cool it. Now cut into barfi and serve.
