A 78-year-old man is suspected of having killed a 61-year-old woman with an axe, before committing suicide by hanging this Saturday morning in Seia.
The deaths, according to Correio da Manhã, were declared on the spot, with firefighters from São Romão and an SIV ambulance from INEM in Seia having been mobilized.
Initially, it was the GNR that took care of the incident, but since a homicide was involved, the Judiciary Police was called in to investigate the case.
