Katalin Karikó was elected an honorary member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

At a closed meeting of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences on Tuesday, he elected new regular, correspondent, external and honorary members of the institution.

The 100 new academics elected on Tuesday were selected from a list of 110 candidates by the Academic Assembly. Among the 100 new academics, there are only 13 women – wrote 444.hu.
