Kaspersky elects new Nordic country manager

Dutch Mark Beunk has been appointed General Manager (Country Manager) for the Nordic region and the Benelux in the IT security company Kaspersky.

In its new position, Beunk’s primary goal will be to expand Kaspersky’s partner channel in the Nordic region and expand a larger department for B2B sales in the Benelux. He will also recruit strategic partners for all of Kaspersky’s segments in all countries. A key task is to ensure that all segments, including both sales to consumers and sales to both small, medium and large companies, are in line with Kaspersky’s global sales strategies.

Beunk became part of the Dutch Kaspersky team in 2017, as head of the B2B department in the Nordics and Benelux. Here he managed to increase revenue by 14%, increase the number of partners by 13% and ensure that these partners generally procured 28% more.

With over 10 years of experience in the IT security sector, Beunk has experience from Oce Netherlands, Nedis BV, Promise Technology, Arrow ECS and Carbon Black, Inc.
