President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to the former Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša, the prime ministers of Poland and the Czech Republic, Mateusz Morawiecki in Peter Fiali, and to the president of Poland’s ruling Law and Justice party to Jaroslaw Kaczynski presented with a commemorative plaque in front of the Ukrainian parliament.

With this, he thanked them for their visit to Kiev shortly after the start of the war in Ukraine, the media reported.

Only three weeks after the beginning of the Russian invasion, the four statesmen went to the Ukrainian capital and met with Zelensky there. As they emphasized at the press conference after the meeting, they came to express their support for Ukraine in the fight for freedom and democracy. At the time, Zelensky assured them that their visit “is a strong sign of support for Ukraine in this difficult time” and that they really appreciate it.
