Early public insight into the Serbian-Chinese industrial park will be reflected by July 7.
Serbian-Chinese industrial park Mihajlo Pupin, which should be built on the territory of the Belgrade municipality of Palilula, is planned on an area of 483.5 ha. That area is distributed on both sides of the North Tangent, the access road to the Pupin Bridge on the Banat side.
According to the elaboration of the Spatial Plan, which he drafted Center for Urban Development Planning, the location of the future industrial park will be located in the northwestern part of Belgrade, on the left bank of the Danube, where numerous commercial facilities will be built next to it in accordance with the strategic plans of urban development of Belgrade, finds out eKapija.
The entire territory covered by the spatial plan is intended as construction land on which the Mihajlo Pupin Industrial Park will be divided into three zones: International Commercial Center, Industrial park as well as High-tech park.
The first zone of the International Commercial Center is planned to be a multifunctional complex within which it will be located. stock exchange, logistics and warehousing centers, restaurants and shopping malls, retail stores.
The Industrial Park zone will occupy the largest area in the entire complex. Construction is planned at this place production plants, warehouses, business and residential buildings as well as the Park Management Building.
The last, High-tech zone, is intended for the construction of buildings intended for development of high technologies, administrative and business centers, as well as housing.
Three phases of construction
The Serbian-Chinese industrial park will be built in three phases. The first phase represents the initiation of the project, the second includes only the construction of the entire complex, while the third phase represents the expansion and further development of the Park.
According to the Spatial Plan Study, at the future complex, investors will adhere to certain principles of building design, which imply that future facilities should follow the characteristics of local architecture and to meet the criteria of economy and practicality adapted to man.
He ordered the preparation of the Study for the Spatial Plan of the Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park Cabinet of the Minister of Innovation and Technological Development, while the holder of the plan Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
According to previous announcements, a total of investments will be made in this project 247 million euros, where the eye should be employed 15,000 people.
