Specifically, they are based on the fact that AMD already indicates the Unlocked for Overclocking option in the specifications, which essentially means a system without multiplier lock. However, it is important to know that AMD reserves the right to modify the specifications provided until the product is actually available. Today, for example, the Unlocked for Overclocking option has disappeared from the page of the newer Ryzens with X3D, which does not necessarily mean limitations similar to Ryzen 7 5800X3D, but only indicates that the company has not yet decided on this issue.
