The 245,440 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine arrived on Friday (8/10).

This delivery is the second time, so that in total Indonesia has received 865,440 doses of vaccine support from the British Government as a form of solidarity and global cooperation in handling the pandemic.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Lestari Priansari Marsudi said that this vaccine was the second delivery of support from the British Government, after Indonesia received 620,000 doses of vaccine on August 2, 2021.

“I would like to thank the UK Government for its support dose-sharing vaccines for handling Covid-19 in Indonesia,” said Foreign Minister Retno.
