Due to the heavy rains of the last weeks and days, the Sajó left the riverbed, so two road sections had to be closed. It is not possible to drive on the road connecting Sajókaza with Aggtelek, in the Sajókaza area there is a complete lock on the first one-kilometer section of the road, motorists can get to Múcsony.

The one-kilometer section of the Putnok-Borsodbóta connecting road between Putnok and Sajóvelezd also had to be closed, and commuters could get to Vadna.

In such cases, it is not a good idea to recklessly drive into the water, as water reaching above the shaft height can destroy the generator, the starter and we can also pray that the engine does not draw water. Not only will the water not burn in the cylinders, nor will the piston be able to compress it – the engine will stop, the kinetic energies trapped in it will bend, the crank will break, or worse, it will tear off the side of the block.
