In Primorye, heavy rains brought to the region by Typhoon Hinamnor flooded 186 houses and 540 household plots in 19 settlements.

26 bridges were damaged, 33 settlements were cut off from road traffic, according to the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, a storm warning was issued in the region due to Typhoon Hinamnor. Forecasters warned of showers of up to 200 mm of precipitation in some areas of Primorye and squally winds on the coast of up to 28 meters per second, on capes with gusts of up to 35 (hurricane).
