In her speech, Ida Fauziyah expressed her appreciation to Prof. Dr. Rini Sugiarti., M.Sc., Psychologist who has been successfully confirmed as a Professor at USM. In her scientific speech, Rini Sugiarti explained the Implementation of Character Education: The Paradigm of Human Resource Management (HR) in Facing Global Competition.
“I congratulate Mrs. Prof. Dr. Rini Sugiarti., M.Sc., Psychologist for the inauguration of Professor. This makes us women proud of the achievements achieved,” said Ida.
Ida Fauziyah also expressed her special appreciation to USM for providing space for women to advance their university. Where from 8 USM Professors, 5 of them are women.
“For women, the state provides space through the constitution, through laws, for women to take roles outside the domestic space,” she said.
