In Amiens, Unither invests 68 million euros in a single-dose line for anti-Covid vaccines

During the visit, on November 22, of Emmanuel Macron in Amiens (Somme), the Unither factory was confirmed the granting by the State of aid of 34 million euros to develop its single-dose syringes for anti-Covid vaccines, with 200 jobs at stake. Located in the northern industrial zone, Unither is an expert in the manufacture and packaging of single doses, thanks to Blow-fill-seal (BFS) technology, forming, filling and sealing, which ensures the sterility of the product. In total, Unither will invest 68 million euros in a new building with a new production line. The assembly should be commissioned within five years.
