Immovable. Financial aid to improve energy comfort

Depending on your resources, you may be eligible for Anah’s “Living Better Serenity” program. It provides financial assistance to households wishing to undertake comprehensive energy renovation work in their homes.

Respect a level of energy savings

The program concerns all works which allow an energy saving of at least 35%. The financial assistance of the Anah depends on the amount of the work and the income of your household.

A consulting operator, a design office for example, helps you define and carry out your work.

Very modest households: up to € 18,000 in aid

If you belong to the category of very modest households, you are entitled to assistance up to 50% of the total amount of the work (excluding VAT), up to a limit of € 15,000.

You can also benefit from the Habiter Mieux premium which amounts to 10% of the total amount of the work (excluding VAT), up to a limit of € 3,000.

Modest households: aid up to € 12,500

If you are in the low-income household category, you can benefit from an aid of up to 35% of the total amount of the work (excluding VAT), up to a limit of € 10,500.

You can also obtain a Habiter Mieux premium which amounts to 10% of the total amount of the work (excluding VAT), up to a limit of € 2,000 here.

Two cumulative bonuses for major energy renovations

The Anah program offers two cumulative bonuses:

• A “thermal strainer exit” bonus of € 1,500 for the most energy-intensive homes whose energy label before work is F or G and whose label after work is E or better.

• A low-consumption building bonus (BBC) of € 1,500 for dwellings whose energy label after work is A or B.

Conditions to respect

The company or the craftsman who carries out the work must be qualified RGE (Recognized guarantor of the environment).

Other conditions: you must not have benefited from a zero rate loan (PTZ) for five years and your home must be over 15 years old.
