In terms of cameras, the two smaller devices will have triple cameras with 12MP main sensor, 64MP zoom / 8K video camera and 12MP ultra-wide camera. Ultra, on the other hand, will have one periscope tele-camera for 10x optical zoom while the S20 Ultra’s main 108MP sensor will give way to one HM2 or HM3 sensor. It will also have Laser AF instead of 3D ToF while the function Focus Enhancer in One UI 3.1 will try to solve the focus issues that the S20 series had.
Let’s go to chipsets. As you know, in Europe we will receive them Exynos 2100 devices (announced today) while in the US they will receive the Snapdragon 888. The S21 Ultra will have 16GB RAM and 512GB storage at best, while the basic version will be 12/128GB. S21 and S21 + will have 8GB RAM and 128 or 256GB space. Unfortunately, only the S21 Ultra will accept microSD.
As for the batteries, they will have capacity 4,000mAh on the S21, 4,800mAh on the S21 + and 5,000mAh on the S21 Ultra. 25W charging for the “small” and 45W for the Ultra, but charger will not be in anyone’s package, unfortunately. In terms of construction, the S21 will have plastic rear while the S21 + and Ultra will have glass. The “hero” color will probably be Violet but there will be several colors available at launch.
Finally, below you can see possible prices for Europe, although in Greece they may be higher. Definitely expect someone bundle with a gift of great value (eg Buds Live), but we will find out later.
