Got Talent 2021: Paint a portrait of Risto Mejide with your foot and break down the barriers of his disease

Marián Basa it’s natural from Romania, although he has been living in Barcelona for a long time. He is dedicated to plastic art, a discipline with which he began at the age of ten with the intention of making money and thus recovering from the multiple congenital arthrogryposis, a disease that affects their hands.

He confesses that when he was little he was angry with God, because he regretted “being different from the rest of the children” and not being able to go to a school according to their needs. That is why he dreams of earning money to open a school in Romania that cares for children like him.

While painted with his right foot, Marián has recounted her hard life story: “I want to teach people that with or without disabilities, talent exists. When the will is great, the obstacles are small ”.

To everyone’s surprise, the drawing that this artist was making was a portrait of Risto Mejide. “’Got Talent’ sometimes gives me a life lessons that it takes time to assimilate. When the talent is this enormous, the critics can only be good ”, were his words.
