Google News is preparing alerts for unanswered text messages

Do you sometimes read a text message that you will reply to it later, but will you forget about it in the end? If not, you don’t have to read any further and congratulations on your exemplary care. Everyone else might be pleased to see it appear in the basic Google Messaging or MMS messaging app notifications for unanswered or otherwise unfinished conversations. For example, Gmail, for example, has been offering a similar service for e-mail.

The upcoming news has been discovered in the Google News application code in beta 9.5. The planned “nudges” or “pokes” will be manually turned on in the menu and, if necessary, they should alert you to messages in the list of conversations that look like unanswered or should be continued.

Some users already have the option to set a time alert for the message in this application, however this new automation could be much more efficient and convenient. So, provided you don’t mind that Google has to “read” the conversation in some way. However, it is not yet clear when the function will work out and whether it will work in the Czech language at all.

How often do you forget to answer this way?
