GNR detained 77-year-old man for domestic violence and found five weapons
The Territorial Command of Coimbra, on May 27, arrested a 77-year-old man, for domestic violence, in the municipality of Penela.
Following a complaint of domestic violence, GNR soldiers went to the scene of the incident, where it was possible to determine that the aggressor inflicted physical and psychological abuse on the victim, his 64-year-old partner.
During the steps, the suspect continued the threats, which is why he was arrested.
Five guns and various ammunition were also seized.
The aggressor was arrested and the facts communicated to the Judicial Court of Condeixa-a-Nova.
