Germany: Covid-19 infection statistics for Monday, July 6

According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), over the past day in Germany the number of newly infected people has increased by 219, which is slightly less compared to the previous day (239).

As of Monday, July 6, in the country from the beginning of the collection of official statistical information on coronavirus, 196 554 cases of infection have been recorded. The total number of deaths from Covid-19 is 9,016 people. Confirmed cases of complete cure for coronavirus are 182,200. The value of R for 4 days approaches one and amounts to about 0.96 (0.93 yesterday).

Worldwide, the number of Covid-19 infections has exceeded 11 million.
