As reported Interfax at the Public Relations Center (DSP) of the FSB, intelligence officers detained Lyatte red-handed in the northern capital “upon receiving classified materials from a Russian citizen.”
“This activity is incompatible with the status of a diplomatic worker and has a clear hostile nature towards the Russian Federation. Measures will be taken against the foreign diplomat in accordance with the norms of international law,” the secret service said.
