From the Demanio tender for BIM designs and services for 2.7 million euros

23/06/2021 – Verification of seismic vulnerability, energy diagnosis, geometric, architectural, technological and plant engineering survey and technical-economic feasibility design, to be returned in BIM mode, for some real estate complexes in the Lazio region (excluding the territory of Rome).

It is the subject of an open tender published by the Lazio Directorate of the Agenzia del Demanio. The total value of the contract, divided into 3 geographical lots, is almost 2.7 million euros (2,686,306.55 euros). Each operator can compete for the assignment of only one lot.

Lot 1: properties in province of Latina and Rome – starting price of the auction: 939,433.73 euros;
Lot 2: properties in province of Frosinone, Rieti and Rome – starting price of the auction: 886,869.58 euros;
Lot 3: properties in province of Viterbo and Rome – starting price of the auction: € 860.003.24.

Award based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer. There is time for offers until July 15th next one.
