The government today adopted a new decree temporarily banning the supply of goods and services to consumers, which will take effect from 10 to 16 May. This will allow even more free economic activity in the two sectors most affected by the covida-19 epidemic and related restrictive measures in the new week, in addition to epidemiological data showing a gradual improvement in the situation.

According to the Government Communication Office, in all statistical regions, catering activities will be allowed to prepare and serve food and beverages inside catering establishments, provided that employees and guests have a certificate that they have covid-19 got sick and that they have been vaccinated. or that they have been tested (so-called PCT condition).

The number of persons in enclosed public spaces where the activity of offering and selling goods and services to consumers is carried out will be limited to 20 square meters per individual customer or to one customer if the business premises are less than 20 square meters. At the same time, it will be necessary to provide 20 square meters per customer in the entire shopping center. Currently, there is a limit of one party per 30 square meters of area.

Changes in overnight capacities

Accommodation establishments with up to 60 accommodation units can offer accommodation services to up to 30 accommodation units, and accommodation establishments with more than 60 accommodation units will be able to offer accommodation services up to 50 percent of the occupancy of the accommodation establishment.

The offer of apartment accommodation units is allowed regardless of the number of apartment accommodation units offered by the accommodation facility, as the apartment units are understood as a closed bubble, the government states.
