20/01/2022 – To meet the growing demand for bank credit by businesses and freelancers, the Lazio Region is making new resources available to the Revolving Fund for Small Credit (FRPC): € 16 million to disburse interest-free loans.

“With the refinancing of the Fund for small credit – explained the president of the Lazio Region, Nicola Zingaretti -, the Lazio Region is meeting freelancers and businesses with difficulties in accessing bank credit. The money will be available from January 25th neighbor, through a well-established access system “.

The FRPC grants zero interest rate loans for amounts ranging from 10 thousand to 50 thousand euros in support of an investment plan or the strengthening of general business activities. Financing will have to be repaid for a period between 12 and 60 months, including a possible pre-amortization period of up to 12 months, in the case of loans with a duration equal to or greater than 24 months. The repayment is in a constant and deferred monthly installment.

It will be possible to apply starting from 25 January 2022 through the farelazio.it platform managed by Artigiancassa-Mediocredito Centrale.

“It is – added Zingaretti – a measure that is part of a wider regional strategy which, through the Fare Lazio program, supports the credit and guarantees of the productive activities of the territory. In this way we offer the most effective and rapid tools to the productive fabric of Lazio restarting the local economy and putting these difficult years behind us due to the economic and health crisis generated by Covid “.

In recent years – the note continues – the FRPC has proved to be a particularly effective tool in bringing concrete help to the economic difficulties of businesses and freelancers, supporting their liquidity and access to credit. Up to now they have been 2,318 subsidized loans were granted for a total of over 80 million euros. To these are added the 36,378 transactions disbursed through a section of the Fund activated during Covid.
