The Capital Markets Board approved the capital increase request of the two companies.
According to the decision in the CMB’s weekly bulletin, Sasa Polyester will raise a bonus issue of 2 billion 993 million 368 thousand 582.10 TL, 52 million 601 thousand 757.75 TL from internal resources, 2 billion 940 million 766 thousand 824.35 from dividends.
The current capital of the company, which is 2 billion 302 million 591 thousand 217 TL, will reach 5 billion 295 million 959 thousand 799.10 TL after the increase.
Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ approved the free capital increase.
According to the decision in the CMB’s weekly bulletin, the Company will increase the capital by bonus issue, to be covered from the dividend of 399 million 24 thousand 320 TL.
The company’s current capital of 100 million 975 thousand 680 TL will reach 500 million TL after the increase.
