France is setting up an observatory to secure its access to critical metals

“We must not build a new dependence on critical materials while we are fighting to get out of a dependence on fossil fuels”, warns Agnès Pannier Runacher, the Minister of Energy Transition. The French Observatory of Mineral Resources, which was just created on November 29, must contribute to this.
