Foreign exchange reserves 16.1 billion KM

SARAJEVO – The foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of BiH at the end of November last year amounted to 16.1 billion KM and are higher by 73.4 million KM or 0.5 percent compared to October last year.

Foreign exchange reserves on an annual level are higher by 2.6 billion KM or 19.2 percent, the Central Bank announced.

Total loans to domestic sectors in November 2021 amounted to 21.06 billion KM and compared to the previous month increased by 53.7 million KM or 0.3 percent.

Credit growth was registered in the household sector by 35 million KM or 0.3 percent, government institutions by 4.5 million KM or 0.4 percent, and public enterprises by 18.7 million KM or 3.8 percent.

The decrease in loans was registered with private companies by 0.1 million KM and other domestic sectors by 4.4 million KM or 2.6 percent.

The annual growth rate of total loans in November last year was 3.2 percent, nominally 654 million KM.

Annual growth of loans was registered in the sectors of households by KM 511.7 million or 5.2 percent, private companies by KM 138.2 million or 1.6 percent, government institutions by KM 6.6 million or 0.6 percent and other domestic sector by 7.8 million KM or five percent.
