As reported by the agency “Moscow”, she clarified that in the capital it will freeze to minus 23-25 degrees, and in the Moscow region – minus 23-28.
The forecaster added that on Monday afternoon the air temperature will be minus 15-17 degrees in Moscow. In this case, the west wind will blow. According to experts, the temperature will be eight to nine degrees below normal.
Meanwhile, starting from Tuesday, January 19, Moscow will start to warm a little – the thermometers will start to rise.
