Banca Sella launches “Sella Agile ScaleUp”, a project to foster the growth and innovation of Italian SMEs, through a training program on tools to accelerate development and a service model capable of providing advice on all issues related to effective management of corporate and personal assets.

The presentation of «Sella Agile ScaleUp» will take place through a virtual roadshow, in the form of a webinar, which includes three appointments for companies in the center-south, north-west and north-east.

The training program

The training program is offered by Banca Sella’s new integrated Private, Corporate and Investment banking service called “Wealth & Business Advisory” and consists of interactive masterclasses that alternate with online and offline training and coaching activities, during which entrepreneurs and their leadership teams will be helped to review their operating models, create scalable strategies and apply the methods and tools necessary to develop a corporate culture oriented to the execution of projects, thanks to the use of agile processes, to achieve strong growth results.

The meetings – which will start on April 26 and will be moderated by PierEmilio Gadda – will be attended by Giacomo Sella, head of Corporate & Investment Banking of the Sella group, Leonardo Cervelli, head of private Banking at Banca Sella and Ed Capaldi, coach of the training program .

During the meetings, some companies in the territories that have already followed the training program will talk about how they managed to apply it concretely to their business, effectively accelerating their business development.
