The world-famous Michelin restaurant guide has published a list of Estonian restaurants, which, according to the guide’s evaluators, are the best in Estonia. For the first time, an Estonian restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars.
Thus, 180° by Matthias Diether received two Michelin stars, while NOA Chef’s Hall retained one star.
Six restaurants have been awarded the Bib Gourmand symbol for good value for money – Fellin, Härg, Lore Bistroo, Mantel ja Korsten, NOA and Tuljak. The latter is new to this list.
Restaurants Soo and Fotografiska received green stars. They are awarded to establishments for which a sustainable approach to gastronomy is important.
According to the Michelin evaluators, Soo chef Daanius Aas was recognized as the best young chef.
