FIFAstra and Spektra Become the Community’s Best Recommendations

DAPURPACU – The PT Federal International Finance (FIFGroup) business line, namely FIFAstra and Spektra, was awarded as the most recommended financing institution by the public.

The Gold Champion award was won by two of the five FIFGroup line of business (LOB) awarded by MarkPlus Inc. at the Indonesia WOW Brand 2023 event, last Thursday (11/5).

The award ceremony coincided with the holding of the WOW Brand Festive Day, and FIFAstra and Spektra won this achievement for the category of Financial Service Industry – Motorcycle Leasing and Multifinance.

The Marketing New Motorcycle (NMC) Financing Marketing Department Head, Surya Natanael representing FIFAstra and Astra Multifinance (AMF) Sub Department Head, Didiet Hardiyanto representing Spektra appreciated the appreciation they received.

This award is based on research conducted on 6,584 respondents in several major cities in Indonesia, with five aspects seen in the research.

The five aspects include awareness, appealing, asking, acting and advocating, which are measured using the Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR) method to see how a brand can turn awareness into an advocate.

This was clarified by the Founder and Chairman of MarkPlus, Inc., Hermawan Kartajaya, who according to him, in this social media era, people should be able to see how much consumers recommend a brand.

“Besides BAR, there is also PAR (Purchase Action Ratio), which is a measurement that compares consumers who know a brand and buy a brand,” explained Hermawan.
