29% of respondents admitted that it is dating that is the most important factor influencing professional growth. This is stated in the results of a study of the SuperJob service.
Only 14% of survey participants are sure that the fundamental factor of career growth is professionalism. At the same time, every second Russian acknowledged the role of dating in professional growth, but did not name this factor as the most important one.
More men than women are convinced of the extreme importance of so-called connections in building a career (33% versus 24%). Also, representatives of the older generation are more inclined to this than young people, who more often believe in the professionalism of a person.
SuperJob conducted a survey among 1 thousand HR managers and 1.6 thousand representatives of the economically active population from all districts of Russia.
