We also avoid cold cuts, cheeses, chips, preserves, ready-made sauces, and industrially prepared ready-made meals in general.

8. Don’t be tempted!

First and foremost, when shopping, be careful not to be tempted by cakes, sweets, ice creams, or salty snacks. But if one of our family members or the child has already purchased them, empty the kitchen cabinet of savory and sweet biscuits, reduce the amount of ice cream and ice cream in the freezer, and put the gift candy, chocolate in a “safe place” where it is difficult to access (e.g. to the highest possible shelf). If possible, only take them out if your child asks…
