For wages below HUF 500,000, this means HUF 300,000 gross, i.e. a benefit equivalent to at least 60 percent of the monthly salary, while for salaries between HUF 500,000 and HUF 1 million, it means HUF 200,000 gross.
Erste’s management also decided that, planned for next year, bring half of the double-digit salary increase in advance by Januarya, while the next round of wage increases will be in July.
