Entrepreneurs know Facebook and WhatsApp Business to improve their business

A dozen people have participated in the course online ‘Facebook and WhatsApp for business’, organized by the Molí Fariner Economic Promotion Center in Martorell with the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council. The sessions have served to know the novelties that these social networks bring to businesses when it comes to improving communication with customers.

The course lasted a total of 13.5 hours, distributed in three sessions of 4.5 hours, through the Zoom platform. The training was given by Meri Farrés, counselor and consultant in New Technologies and coordinator of the consultancy Coaching Tecnológico.

Participants have been trained towards Facebook and WhatsApp Business tools in order to apply them to their present or future business and business projects. With a practical methodology, the trainer has successfully compressed the knowledge necessary for students to get the most out of it.

During the different sessions, the participants got to know in depth and in a practical way the marketing online through WhatsApp and the news that brings WhatsApp Business to businesses to communicate more effectively with customers, as well as the operation and news of Facebook in the business environment to use it in its day to day successfully.
