Two weeks later, Lambertz was acquitted of the charges and held a live press conference in his garden, where he recounted his version of what happened.

Since the preliminary investigation against Lambertz was dropped, it has been relatively quiet in the case, until now.

On Tuesday, the woman, who is called “Emma“in TV4’s Kalla Fakta. Here she shares her version of what happened during this Christmas Eve evening.

She says that her biological father has died, and that her mother is in the risk group for covid-19. Therefore, Christmas Eve was spent in the company of Lambertz – a man she sees as a father figure.

– He was like a stepfather to me. Out of my three emergency contacts on the phone, he was one without them. He was one of the most important people in my life, Emma explains in the program.

Had contact by sms

Before their meeting on Christmas Eve, Emma and Lambertz had contact by text message.

In his messages, he expressed concern that their meeting would be interpreted as bumping into her – something he described as “totally unthinkable” that he would do.

Emma replied that she never thought he would do it, because she saw him as an extra dad.

“I’m the father”

Once home at Lambertz’s on December 24, Emma tells us that they drank a lot.

In a video from the evening, they sit next to each other on a sofa, and Lambertz comments that their way of sitting makes it look like Emma is the one who decides in their relationship.

Fucked off during video call with girlfriend

Emma became more and more drunk and tells that during a video call with a friend, she finally could not stay awake anymore.

– The last thing we know when I am conscious is that we talk on the phone. He’s very clingy, should be hugged and close, and I put him away. And then I kind of faint, and then he has my mobile so they end the conversation … And then what happened happened, Emma says in the program.

“It was damn hard to get off”

And this is where Emma and Lambertz’s stories diverge. They both state that they had intercourse, but Emma claims that she never consented.

On Christmas day, she captured a dialogue between her and Lambertz on a voice recording on her mobile phone. He helped her button her dress, the buttons of which were torn.

“I was the one who unbuttoned them yesterday, but I did not succeed very well in trying to get the dress off you. It was damn hard to get off, it sat so hard on the upper body,” says Lambertz in the recording.

A friend reported to the police

Shortly afterwards, Emma was transported to the train station by Lambertz, and during the journey home, what actually happened to her sank.

She told about the incident to two friends, one of whom made a police report about the incident.

A couple of months later, the case reached the public, and since then, Emma’s life has not been the same.
