On Saturday, the six yachts participating in the 33rd White Lady regatta sailed around Vorms.
“33 nautical miles. It was quite a long trip, because the wind conditions were extremely calm, the trip took a long time,” recalled Erki Teras, board member of the Haapsalu yacht club, who made the trip on board Aquila. “The fastest ones were able to drive in less than ten hours. A few more hours were added to the latter.”
The regatta was won by Edasi (Koit Pauts), second was Aquila (Kenno Kink), competing for the first time, and third was Agur Kruusing with Elefants.
The White Lady regatta with a long tradition was organized by the Haapsalu yacht club.
