Ducati unveils new Streetfighter V2

The latest episode in the Ducati series of world premieres brought the presentation of the new Streetfighter V2 model.

The idea behind this motorcycle is simple: take the Panigale V2, take off its armor and that’s it! Streetfighter V2 was born.

It is powered by the same desmodromic Superquadro engine, with a volume of 955 cubic meters, which delivers 150 hp and 102 Nm of maximum torque.

Compared to the Panigale V2, the Streetfighter V2 is a more suitable form for street driving. It has a longer single-sided fork, fully adjustable Showa Big Piston front forks and adjustable Sachs rear shock absorbers.

Brembo M4-32 monoblock radial brake calipers with 320 mm discs, the same as on the Panigale V2, are in charge of braking.

Although it arrives on the market as a smaller version of Streetfighter V4, V2 brings the entire Ducati electronic package. It includes:

ABS EVO

DTC EVO 2 Traction Control

DWC EVP

DQS EVO 2 quick shift

EBC EVO engine brake control

Three driving modes (sport, road, wet)

Among other features, we single out LED lighting with daytime running lights.

Although the Streetfighter V2 does not have the cult flap in the standard package, future owners have an accessory that guarantees an additional aerodynamic thrust of 28 kg at 265 km / h.
