The Dott portal installed an interactive screen that serves as a showcase for its products and is located in the renovated CTT store, in the Palácio dos Correios building, in downtown Porto.

“This is the first time that Dott will have this concept in a physical store and this experience can be leveraged in the future in other stores, as this is an excellent way to get to know the markeplace and show how simple, fast and safe it is to make a purchase”, explains the e-commerce platform owned by Sonae and CTT, in a statement. From a QR Code installed on the screen, consumers can make a purchase.

“The interactive window allows us to present the variety of products we have on the marketplace in a different environment, inviting visitors to a physical store to make the transition to digital, increasing their range of choices, while adding value to the experience visit the store”, completes Filipe Themudo, responsible for Growth at Dott.

The renovated CTT store in downtown Porto, inaugurated this Friday, follows the new store concept, with self-service services, a lounge area, personalized service and an area dedicated to companies, in addition to Banco CTT.
