Administrative tasks related to writing e-recipes, pennies, eyebrows, documents about overcoming the disease COVID-19 increase the pressure on them. Healthcare professionals are aware of their responsibility for the patient, but the reality is that today they are on the brink of force, which is also taken away by bureaucracy or actions that do not require direct meetings. What about that?
A solution to this situation exists and calls Hilbi. It is a technology that quickly, easily and reliably helps physicians in the management of patient care and has been available free of charge to all physicians in Slovakia since February.
Remote patient management

After contacting a doctor in Hilbi, the patient sees his medication and, if he has missed it, requests a new one with one click. The doctor receives the prescription request directly into the medical software and performs a prescription. The system then informs the patient. This eliminates the need for telephone calls and lines remain available for emergencies.
Online patient health profile
Thanks to the Life ID tool, the patient has the opportunity to create their own unique health profile and share it with their doctor. The patient records data such as temperature, heart rate, pressure or blood glucose in the instrument. In this way, the doctor can remotely assess the patient’s condition, monitor the treatment or re-evaluate the need for a visit.
The data is secured by encryption both on the transmission and in the personal Health Cloud, which is managed only by the owner – user. These data will be gradually enriched with environmental and behavioral data, creating a holistic health profile for the user.
Also for diabetics, cardiac patients or cancer patients
Hilbi will bring a completely new cashless payment system, where the doctor can provide services online even beyond the scope of statutory insurance. The patient can also use them remotely and pay for them with one click.
The Hilbi team is currently finalizing the digitization of the Diabetic Diary, which will allow 300,000 Slovak diabetics to transmit their data to diabetologists online directly to their medical software. “Cooperation with doctors such as Professor Peter Turčány, Dr. Jaroslav Fábry or Dr. Radoslav Zámborský, who with their experience complete the actual use of technology in practice, extremely motivates us to innovate further and help doctors and patients,” adds Patrik Kmeč.
Other important services are being prepared, such as the management of a cardiological patient after heart surgery or the monitoring of oncological patients for maintenance treatment.
