Prosecutors from the National Anticorruption Directorate – Brașov Territorial Service are conducting investigations in a criminal case concerning suspicions regarding the commission of of corruption and similar crimes, committed during 2022, in connection with the preferential award of public procurement contracts.
According to some judicial sources cited by news sources, the searches also target the Brașov City Hall, led by user Allen Coliban.
During May 11, 2023, as a result of obtaining legal authorizations from the competent court, house searches are carried out in 16 locations located within the radius of the city of Bucharest and the counties of Brașov, Ilfov and Argeș, one of which is the seat of a public institution, the rest representing the residences of individuals and the headquarters of commercial companies, announces DNA through a press release.
