jateng.jpnn.comSEMARANG – A delegation from the PDI-P faction of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD held a closed meeting with the Mayor of Semarang Hendrar Prihadi at Semarang City Hall, Wednesday (21/9).

Chairman of the PDI-P faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gembong Warsono, said that the visit to Semarang City discussed the problems faced by the people of the capital city.

Gembong said that the issue of the capital city of Central Java has similarities with DKI Jakarta. He mentions one of them is the problem of rob and its various ins and outs.

“What must be mapped, the problems in Semarang are almost the same as in Jakarta,” he said after holding a closed meeting at Semarang City Hall.

According to him, Hendi, who is familiarly called the Mayor of Semarang, was quite successful in overcoming the tidal wave that overshadowed its residents on the north coast. It was this background that made him and 15 members of his faction come to Semarang City.

“This is a material for our friends from the PDI-P faction in DKI Jakarta to share and apply it,” he said.

Including, in the meeting, said Gembong, there was a discussion about Hendi’s proposal to be the Governor of DKI Jakarta.

However, he was reluctant to explain in detail the results of the meeting which lasted for almost two hours. Gembong only said that Hendi was a figure who could lead the capital city.

A delegation from the DKI Jakarta PDIP Faction came to Semarang to meet Mayor Hendi. The discussion is about the 2024 Pilkada.
