‘Besos al aire’, the miniseries starring Paco León and Leonor Watling and produced by Mediaset Spain, will premiere on Disney + as part of its new entertainment brand for all audiences, Star, and will be the first Spanish series to be launched in exclusive in the service of streaming.
‘Besos al aire’, which will arrive on Disney + in March, is an emotional romantic comedy, not without drama and conflict, which tells eight stories crossed with confinement as a backdrop and love as the main protagonist.
Produced by Mediaset España in collaboration with Alea Media and distributed by Mediterráneo Mediaset España Group, with Aitor Gabilondo as executive producer, under the direction of Iñaki Mercero and with a script by Darío Madrona, ‘Besos al aire ‘is a tribute to optimism, love and the people who have ensured everyone’s health and needs during confinement. The miniseries, which consists of two episodes, has Paco León and Leonor Watling leading a cast that also includes María León, Mariam Hernández, David Castillo, Nuria Herrero, Nancho Novo, Gracia Olayo, Zoe Stein, Gloria Muñoz, José Ángel Egido, Pau Durá, Jaime Olías, Loreto Mauleón, Mariano Venancio, Ruth Díaz, Luna Fulgencio, Fran Berenguer, Ariana Martínez, Inma Isla, Jordi Planas and Alejandro Sigüenza.
Disney + will launch Star within the Disney + app on February 23, adding new series, movies and Originals for subscribers. Star will join other iconic entertainment brands already available on Disney + such as Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars, National Geographic and Disney.
To ensure that Disney + remains appropriate for the audience of all ages and the experience that parents expect, the parental controls that will be launched on February 23 will allow to differentiate the entertainment offer according to the rating of the content across the entire service of streaming, in addition to offering the possibility of adding a PIN to block access by profiles to certain content.
